  Food was great. Service is speedy. Maybe a bit too speedy because "if you are not ready, I need to take other people's orders since there is only one server" were the exact words of our waitress. Price is reasonable for lunch specials. 18% service "tax" for party of 3 is not. And asking for recommended tip on top of that is unethical.

  As expected so nothing surprising but as per location and decor felt like it should be better than what it is. I had much better Thai food and worst so this is mediocre. Pad Thai was ok and dumplings was not that hot. Broccoli was little old and not enough peanut crunch. So I say come here if not have better options than this.

  Negative in a very unique way, basically their billing system is a scam for ripping off their customers. This is how it went, rather goes in that place. They'll add 18% gratuity on EVERY bill and on top of that they have a tip field. When asked they say " they can't do any thing about it" "Apparently it's in the system." After talking to owner, (who forced us to Tip her service) we were given a new bill. I'm pretty sure they do the same thing with home deliveries and eat-ins of-course.

  Service was mediocre..Food preparation was good..but overall it was a bad experience. The service was very slow. Firstly, we had to call out for our server to take down our order, then for taking away our finished plates and finally to get us the check. Being a party of 2, we were charged 18% Service on our total amount (Bill + Tax) while their Menu Card stated "18% Service is included for party of 5 or more". When we confronted about it, the cashier gave us excuse that it was in their system and that every one paid for it. When asked for manager (who showed up after another 5 mins), he gave us an excuse that since tourists visit their place a lot and never gave tips, they added it to the bill.(Tip should be at will of a customer) We called for the owner, the owner did not show up for another 10 mins. It turns out, owner was our server. Even after questioning their quality of service and calling out the discrepancies, The owner kept arguing that this was a norm for all the restaurants around Grove St. and everybody paid it. When they saw that we did not budge for their excuses they asked us to write down the tip we were going to pay them and they changed the bill. I usually tip 15% even if the service is not up to the mark but this time I felt I was forced to tip. All in all it was a horrible experience.

  Very tasty, and reasonably priced. Also not loud, which is great. You can talk to each other over food.
